Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of KitchenAgent.ai ("the Service"), operated by KitchenAgent ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

KitchenAgent provides AI-generated kitchen design visualisations, specifications, and cost estimates. The Service is a design tool — it does not constitute professional architectural, structural, or building advice.

3. Accounts

• You may create an account using your email address or Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and paid plans

• Free plan — 3 AI kitchen renders, no account required to start.
• Showroom plan — £49/user/month, 250 renders/month per user, 14-day free trial. Billed monthly via Stripe.
• Enterprise plan — custom pricing, contact sales.
• Paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until the next renewal after the notice period.

5. AI-generated content

• Kitchen designs are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and are approximate visualisations, not technical drawings.
• Specifications and cost estimates are indicative. Actual costs will vary by supplier, location, and specification.
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated specifications for purchasing or installation decisions. Always consult a qualified kitchen specialist.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

6. Your content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• By uploading a photo, you grant us a licence to process it through our AI pipeline to generate designs.
• AI-generated kitchen images are licensed to you for personal or business use.
• Showroom and Enterprise customers may use generated images in client-facing materials.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI pipeline.
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Share your account credentials or circumvent usage limits.
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated designs, specifications, or cost estimates.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
