REFERRAL PROGRAMME
Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The KitchenAgent Referral Programme rewards consumers who refer a kitchen showroom to KitchenAgent.ai. If the referred showroom subscribes to a paid plan and remains an active customer for at least 3 consecutive months, the referring consumer receives a £50 reward.
2. Eligibility
- The referrer must have a valid KitchenAgent account.
- The referred showroom must be a new KitchenAgent customer (not an existing or previously subscribed account).
- The referrer and the showroom must be separate, unrelated entities.
3. Qualifying Referral
A referral qualifies for the £50 reward when all of the following conditions are met:
- The referred showroom signs up for a paid KitchenAgent plan (Showroom or Enterprise).
- The showroom subscribes for a minimum of one user for at least 3 consecutive months.
- The showroom's total spend reaches a minimum of £147 (equivalent to 3 months at £49/month for one user).
- The referral was submitted through the official referral form on KitchenAgent.ai.
4. Reward Payment
- The £50 reward is paid after the referred showroom completes their third consecutive month of paid subscription.
- Payment is made via bank transfer to the referrer's nominated UK bank account, or as KitchenAgent credit at the referrer's choice.
- Rewards are typically processed within 14 days of the qualifying date.
5. Limits
- There is no limit to the number of showrooms a consumer can refer.
- Each showroom can only be referred once — the first valid referral takes priority.
- KitchenAgent reserves the right to cap total referral rewards per referrer at £500 per calendar year.
6. Disqualification
Referrals may be disqualified if:
- The referral is fraudulent, misleading, or made in bad faith.
- The referrer and the showroom are the same person, entity, or under common ownership.
- The showroom cancels or requests a refund within the 3-month qualifying period.
7. General
- KitchenAgent reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with 30 days' notice.
- Existing qualifying referrals at the time of any change will be honoured.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
